What data we collect
When you send us an inquiry (website form, e-mail, WhatsApp or phone): name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and the content of your message. On arrival: the identity document details required by law to register guests in the eVisitor system.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry and send you an offer, to confirm and carry out your reservation, and to meet our legal obligations (guest registration, invoices, tourist tax). We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
Who else may see your data
People who help us manage reservations and communicate with guests, the e-mail, messaging and web hosting providers we use for this, and public authorities where the law requires it (e.g. the eVisitor system, the Tax Administration).
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a reservation are deleted within one year at the latest. Data about stays and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and statistics
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. Cookies for anonymous visitor statistics (Google Analytics) are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
